The European Union celebrates the current 25th anniversary in the face of difficult conditions, although during the past quarter of a century has been a huge success. However, there are obvious system and essential problems of organization which was demonstrated by the British «Brexit». They led the EU in the long-term and existential crisis, However, the existence of serious problems does not mean the absence of the EU have powerful potential and opportunities for overcoming the crisis. Serious external and internal challenges in recent years could to consolidate the EU and to contribute to achieving a new level of development.
